• the special designed device enables the machine to stitch, edge cutting, tape binding, and clear chips simultaneously for high efficiency and high quality. It is designed with a wide chip chute of 53x110mm and and edge cutting knife synchronized with the inner presser foot, its maximum thickness to be cut is 7mm. The standard width to be cut is 8mm, and the standard tape binding width is 26mm. The satisfied tape binding effect can be obtained by selecting proper tape binders.

• 1) Needle bar linkage up and bottom feed structure and presser foot alternating elevation to ensure smooth feed.

• 2) Adopt big hook to save the time of bottom line changing.

• 3) Automatic lubrication system, maximum speed up to 2200 rpm

• 4) New sewing structure to ensure low tension sewing.

• 5) Automatic sealed lubrication in elevation axis and swing axis in presser foot. Heighten design in rear cover to avoid oil leakage.
