FOXSEW Automatic Metering Device for Overlock Sewing Machine
Auto-cutting and re-insert. It can reach different sewing purpose by powerful multi-function with 27 program memory.
With cutting device
It is made for any elastic attaching sewing, special for connecting the circle sewing. During the sewing operation, it can auto cut the tape fast in front of the presser foot for covering sewing to make the flat and beautiful sewing. In the beginning and after finishing sewing, the presser foot will be lifted automatically. And the elastic will be re-inserted into the presser foot for the next sewing operation.

Auto cut & re-insert
For connecting the circle sewing, during the operation, it can automatically cut the tape fast in front of the presser foot to make it flat and beautiful. In the beginning and after finishing sewing, the presser foot will be lifted automatically. And the elastic will be re-inserted to presser foot to stand by.
Synchronizer
The synchronizer is installed in the belt pulley. It’s used for stitch counting and section changing.
Manual section changing display
LED digital display shows the current section and manual section changing controller allows operator change different section by finger.
Cutting switch device
Cutting switch is fixed under the operation table. Operator could click cutting switch by knee when the elastic needs to be cut.
Presser foot-lifting switch
In the beginning and after finishing sewing, presser foot would be lift by pressing pedal backward.
Movable bracket
This bracket could be adjusted to best situation and makes metering device easy maintaining.
