Applications: Specially for Belt Loop trouser ears blind stitch sewing process of high-end suits and pants (width is adjustable applicable from 8-12mm)
Functions Characteristics:
(1) Due to adoption of blind stitch, sewn stitch is invisible on the surface of beltloop and trouser ears, This machine is essential in production of superior high-level business pants.
(2) The Auto knife are fitted for edge trimming, by putting the scrap and leftover piece in use.
(3) The width of cutting should be adjusted manually, fitting to process different wide of trouser ears.
(4) Design to equipped with a advanced feed system, the machine would be able to feed smoothly and gently.
(5) Auto ironing system (steam or electronic), equipped to press the ears into specific well shape (FX-370T).
