FOXSEW Double Position Elastic Joining Machine realizes full automatic operation including automatic selection,
automatic cut, automatic joining, automatic collection and automatic mark.
One operator is able to operate multi machines,1 machine can process 7000-8000 elastics per 8 hours.
Joining method: Flat joining and overlap joining.
Joining Length: 120mm-999mm Width :10mm-60mm
Feeding wheel: Use needle wheel material selection method, make sure the error of length is inside 1mm.
Mental detecting method: the machine will cut automatically when encounter mental joint in cycling operation
Cutting Device: Using leading ultra-sonic device inside China to enable neat cutting.
Edge stitching: It will correct the deviation at the joining place to realize perfect stitch.
