Machine's Features:

• (1) Automatic operation, realizing automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic stitching, automatic rewinding, etc. One operator can operate multiple machines simultaneously.

• (2) The machine has two ways of stitching, namely overlapping and butt. After stitching, the rubber fiber has length range of 200mm- 999mm and width range of 6mm-15mm. The design of exclusive lock nut can greatly decrease the difficulty of adjusting rubber fiber sizes. The fine adjustment function of dial code wheel can ensure accuracy of cut length of the rubber fiber. Rotary pulling device for feeding material and direct feeding device by motor are adopted, so as to guarantee the tolerance of the cut rubber fiber is within 2mm.

• (3) The unique blanching device can perform ironing the folding rubber fiber. The sensitive sensor for broken lines is capable of stopping the machine automatically and

• alarming.

• (4) Due to different requirements on rubber fiber specifications and processing, assuming that one operator operates 3~5 machines simultaneously, 8 work hours per day, then the quantity of processed rubber fiber is 10500-17500 strips per person per day.
