FOXSEW Rib Attaching Machine for Goodyear Shoes Welt Stitching
This machine is suitable for bonding cloth welt with rubber middle soling plate, it is key equipment and process for making Goodyear Shoes Welt Stitching. It is used for attaching ribs to the sole by the use of heating and pressure. The ribs circulates in a hot drum which preheating it at the same time, by using hot air, activates the ribs and the glued area to achieve greater adhesion of the ribs. An automatic cutting device cuts the ribs in an accurate, predetermined place, facilitating the following operations in the productions process. Used to make cloth the welt and good adhesive bonding live, is medium bottom shoe making Goodyear flow of the key equipment. All parts were manufactured by HAAS CNC machines, high precision machining parts. The machine through PLC to control the pneumatic components to complete chain motion and auto-cutting cloth welt.
