This machine is equipped with C / D / H / J four types horns, applied to leather shoes, McKay shoes, cloth shoes, boots, children's shoes bottom sole and shoes upper penetrating sewing respectively. Especially suitable for rosin cobbler's twine sewing of military footwear, for McKay shoes sole stitching.
Applicable to all kinds of shoes outsole and help the thoroughly,especially suitable for sewing processing rosin more strands of sewing thread.All parts were manufactured by HAAS CNC machines, high precision machining parts.Using electronic speed motor speed can be flexible, stop the needle position by computer control. Single Needle Lockstitch horn shoes sewing machine of the McKay type shoes. The leather soles are stitched to each upper by using the Blake or McKay method for supreme comfort and flexibility. The shoes upper is wrapped around the insole and attached between it and the outsole and pass through the outsole, shoes upper, linning, and insole.
