A cookie is a small file a site leaves in your browser so it can recognise it next time. Some are needed for the page to work; others are there to count visits.
This site sets no cookies of its own
Not for the language, not for the form, not to remember you. Your choice about measurement is stored in the browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and does not travel with every request: it holds only “all” or “essential”, and neither the date nor anything that identifies you.
Measurement cookies, only if you accept
If you press “Accept” in the notice, Google Analytics loads so we can see which pages are visited and improve the site. Until then nothing from Google is downloaded: it is not that it loads and refrains from measuring — it does not load at all.

If you choose “Essential only”
No cookie is set and the site works exactly the same: no page, image or feature is lost.
Changing your mind
At the bottom of any page there is a link that reopens the notice, and from there you can choose differently. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings, at any time and without telling us.
