What we ask for
Only what the contact form asks for, and only if you decide to write to us:
- Your name.
- Your company, if you care to say.
- An email address to reply to.
- A phone number, if you want to leave one.
- The product line you are interested in.
- The message you write.
Nothing else. The site does not ask for identity documents, bank details or passwords, and it has no user accounts or sign-ups.
What they are used for
To answer your enquiry and, if business comes of it, to follow it through: the quotation, the delivery, the installation and the service of the equipment. They are not used to send you advertising you did not ask for.
Where they travel
The form stores nothing on the site: there is no database behind it. What you write becomes an email and arrives in the company's mailbox, which is where it stays.
That email is delivered by Resend, a sending service based in the United States, which carries it on the company's behalf and uses it for nothing else. The site is hosted by Netlify, also in the United States, which logs requests — IP address, date and page — as any web server does.
If you also accept measurement, Google Analytics comes in. That is explained separately, in the cookie policy, and nothing from Google loads until you accept.
Who they are shared with
With no one beyond the providers named above, who act on the company's behalf so that the email arrives and the page is served. They are not sold, rented or passed to third parties for their own purposes.
How long they are kept
Messages are kept for twenty-four months from the last contact. If there is a live quotation, a sale or a warranty in progress, they are kept for as long as that relationship lasts and for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@agenciajehandal.hn from the same address you contacted us with and we will reply within thirty days.
Deletion does not cover documents the law requires us to keep — invoices and accounting records — which are not part of this policy.
Minors
This site is aimed at companies and at people who work in the industry. It is not intended for minors and does not ask them for data.
If this changes
If what we do with the data changes, this page changes and so does the date above. We do not send notices by email: we keep no mailing list, which is precisely what this policy says.
