The PERF/12 unit can process up to 12 ribbons, normally for edge control or the internal reinforces of the waistband Adjustable perforating speed up to 10 mt/min with slow start. Unwinding device for 12 ribbons with roll end microswitch for each roll. Perforating machine with low noise crankshaft mechanism including an easy adjustment of the perforating pitch whilst the machine is running. Pneumatic adjustable puller for feeding the ribbons. Rewinding device for 12 ribbons with built-in clutch mechanism on each rewinding shaft. Up to 4 adjustable rectangular punches 25 x 2 mm (or 25 x 1 mm), the minimum distance between two perforation lines is 10 mm. Independent adjustment of the distance between the punches. Machine equipped with PLC.
