Width of the calender: 16 cm (5"). Adjustable pressing speed up to 90 mt/min PID thermoregulator for temperature control with display of actual temperature. Max Pressing temperature 200 °C Exclusive pressing system of the material with a heated calender to get a FASTER pressing with a temperature lower than with conventional systems with rolls. This will improve the quality of the product and the reduction of "shining " problems in case of dark fabric with high percentage of polyester fibers Exclusive folding system with an inclinable roller over the folding guide to open the sewing and fold the upper ribbon of high quality waistbands without manual operations Winding arm driven by a separate motor and equipped with high sensibility clutch to get rolls up to diam. 50 cm even in case of variation of thickness in the waistband due to sewing or to the insertion of a ribbons with the brand. Programmable digital meter counter with automatic stop at the preset measure without data loss in case of power off. PLC controlled machine
