LED-⁠5

The LED-5 from COOL-LITES is a 5-LED strips that can be mounted underneath the sewing machine head just above the needle, thus putting light exactly where you need it. The LED-5 light strip has a magnetic back so you can easily place it anywhere on a steel cased machine .

Model LED-5 comes with wire lugs to be hooked up directly into machine power source at the motor switch.

Model LED-5P comes with a standard AC plug

COOL-LITES remain cool at all times. If you accidentally touch the light you wont get burned as with old fashioned lights.

They don’t contribute heat to the work area, making for a better environment for the machine operator.

Energy Efficient and Eco Friendly. Save up to 90% energy compared to traditional fluorescent or incandescent lights.

Service life is approximately 60,000 hrs.

Feature: The LED-5 has a magnetic back and will stick magnetically to any steel cased sewing machine. (Can also be stuck on to the machine surface with 2-sided tape, so it can also be mounted on a plastic-cased machine.)

TIP: There is also a Model LED-6 which is U-shaped and wraps around the needle to light the work area from both sides of the needle. However, if your machine doesn't lend itself to the LED-6, you might be able to mount an LED-5 on each side of the needle. And since COOL-LITEs don't get hot, they are safe for the machine operator.
