Used to loosen elastic tape, binding tape and keep it tension-free, which makes sewing operation more smoothly.

Built-in alarm: It alerts with sounds when tapes tangle up or get stuck.
Digit circuit controller and 2 groups motor working function, if one group failures, it is easy to change another group to control, which reduces the repair cost and working time.
