The AG-110 is an automatic machine equipped with various functions to make sewing easier and more stable. An automatic machine optimized for the ring processing of elastic waist braids for boxer shorts and briefs, equipped with various functions.

Improved productivity
The AG-110 can sew up to 600 to 800 L size rings (elastic waist length of 39 cm) per hour for a productivity.
Color code recognition system
The color code recognition system eliminates sewing errors by recognizing the logos on the elastic braids and identifying braids with missing logos.
Optical Fiber Protection Device
An optical fiber protection device is equipped on the sewing machine head. If a processed elastic braid remains on the sewing table, the machine automatically stops and sounds an alarm to alert the operator.
Heat iron
The elastic braid can be heat-ironed before sewing to correct distortion, etc. and prevent shrinkage.
Rotary stacker (6 stations)
The rotary stacker prevents errors in the stacking of ring-processed elastic waist braids and continuously stacks up to 600 pieces with 6 stations.
