Installed on board with the Ply1, the software works exactly where production happens. Operators can choose between manual nesting for full craftsmanship control or automatic nesting assisted by smart recognition tools. 2TetrixLeather projects pattern pieces directly onto the hide, respecting natural hide shape, defects, and quality zones allowing operators to position each component exactly where it belongs. After cutting, the pattern names are projected directly on the surface, allowing the operator to quickly and easily collect each piece without confusion.
