The function of a spreader is crucial in cutting rooms all over the world. Every piece of fabric must be stretched and cut perfectly in order to achieve maximum time and consumption savings while optimising production processes. This also allows the possibility of working with a wide range of fabrics, guaranteeing a reduction in wasted time and fabric and a guarantee of the final quality of the product. From the spreader then, the entire cutting sequence is developed, which can be carried out by various types of complementary machines such as: band cutters, manual cutters, hot drills etc etc etc.

OUR RECENT EXPERIENCE:

It is with great satisfaction that after a year and a half of study, design and realisation, we have finally arrived at the time of the installation of 5 complete cutting lines in Africa in February 2024, which took us a total of 4 weeks.There are many elements required to reach this result: problem solving skills, technical professionalism, combined with the training of trained professionals, teaching and customer support, are our pillars
