Application

The machine is primarily used for thin knitted fabrics, underwear, shirts, uniforms, etc. For thick fabrics, it is suitable for sports apparel, denim garments, fashion garments, coats, footwear, leather goods, luggage, and more.

The A5 series computerized lockstitch sewing machine features a flatbed design and utilizes a computer control system. It uses a single straight needle for material stitching, with a connecting rod thread take-up and a rotary hook thread loop structure. It incorporates functions such as automatic speed adjustment, automatic stop, automatic needle position stop, automatic thread trimming, automatic thread wiper, automatic stitch counting, automatic foot lift, automatic reinforcement stitching, and slow start.

By eliminating the need for a reverse sewing lever, it employs a stepper motor to drive the reverse sewing and stitch length adjustment, resulting in silent and perfectly formed reverse stitches. The stitch length accuracy reaches 0.1mm, and there is a lock function for stitch length adjustment, preventing random changes in stitch length.
