Advantages
The collar length can be adjusted automatically by setting the required parameters through the touch screen, and the collar width (30-70 range) can be adjusted freely.
It is convenient to change the material. Put the material on the tray and then stick the material head and the upper film tail with tape to achieve rapid material change.
Simple operation mode does not require special technical requirements for the operator.
The precise folding method ensures that the length of each piece is the same, and the neckline is even after being folded in half, which can be stitched backwards to increase the firmness of the sewing.
Efficiency
Feeding, folding, trimming, sewing, and receiving can be completed at one time, and the production efficiency is 3 seconds per piece.
