Product features
The J-SERIES spreading system consists of a tubular spreading machine with a capacity of up to 500 pounds with a spread rate of 100 yards per minute. The system can be configured with a host of options to meet your specific production needs.
Electrical requirements: 220 volt - 3 phase - 50/60 Hz
Table requirements: Minimum width machine size +4" (44" machine will ride on the edge of the 48" table)
Minimum length: 48 feet (recommended)
Machine speed range: 6YPM-100YPM / 5MPM-90MPM
Fabric feed: Positive feed rollers
Fabric feed adjustment: Rough and find feed adjustment (Fine feed adjustment can be changed during spreading)
Spreaders: Adjustable straight and 1/4 turn spreaders in various size ranges
Automatic or semi-automatic configurations
Left-hand or right-hand drive
Electronic ply counter
Crease changed attachment (1/4 turn)
Rider platform (Platform rail guide required)
Inspection light
Roll support arms
Reinforced gear track for length of the table
Guide rail for length of table (required)
Spreaders to go inside of material supplied in various sizes depending on requirements (required)
