Operating flow
The operator puts “Sewing Plate” onto the towel and sets it loading position.
“Work Carrier” transfers it to the sewing position accurately.
Unit starts automatic sewing for four sides hemming while the operator prepares for next piece.
At the end of seaming, thread chain is cut automatically and “Work Carrier” transfers sewn towel to the operator and picks up next piece.
Overlapping operation can be made

DWR1 - CompactType Digital Weave
DWR1 - CompactType Digital Weave enables a wide range of sewing variation.
Standard Over-edge, Narrow Shell-stitch, Wide Shell-stitch and in-process switching between standard over-edge and shell-stitch can be made.
Both round courners square corners can be made.
Can perform towel over-edging with speedy and accurately inserting tape or attaching lace simultaneously.
Can be converted to the 2 needle gauge to take 2 needle applications, with the optionional Gauge conversion set for 2 needles. This conversion kit includes a Stitch plate, Feed dog (front), Presser Foot Assembly and Presser Arm. Needle Distance of the kit is 2.4mm
