The system consists of two machines: 1.0 TUBESEWING MACHINE CLASS GCT/SISAL. Max open fabric width: 200cm. Seamed tubular collected in a box with flat folding device Feeding of open fabric flat folded from a pallet or from rolls with cradle unwinder device for rolls of maximum diameter 70cm (25" 1/2) and maximum weight 400kg (880 lbs). Stitching speed: (a) Up to 15 mt/min with special overlock sewing machine for heavy cotton. Fully automatic operation (b) Up to 7.5 mt/min with special sewing machine for SISAL fabric. Sewing with assistance from operator. 2.0 SPR/SISAL CLASS BIAS CUTTING MACHINE. Fully automatic system for bias cutting from flat folded tubular fabrics. Adjustable cutting speed up to 60mt/min (66 yd/min) Rotating disc unwinder for flat folded tubular fabrics at floor level with mechanism placed in an excavation below the floor level
