LY3-6840-B0T

Leads diversified sewing works with easy-to-use cylinder bed!! Improves production capacity with excellent small radius maneuverability.

Sewing machine suitable for sewing thick materials and leather

Realizes wide space under the arm with adoption of high long arm. Our proven top and bottom feed mechanism and servo motor improve ease of use and increase productivity. Products: Bags and backpacks, etc.

Top and bottom feed mechanism for reliable feeding

Uses vertical feed to catch and reliably feed material that is difficult to feed.

Stable thread cutting performance from thin to thick threads

Our proven left rotating knife and right xed knife meshing system enables excellent cutting of thread from thin to thick threads (#6). (Supports LY2-3750)

Alternating vertical movement dial adopted

By turning the dial, the amount ofalternating vertical movement can be easily changed without tools.

Built-in detector that detects the position with high accuracy

Upper and lower needle stop positions can be separately adjusted with a single operation. The display lamp shows the power status at a single glance.

Presser lifting lever attached on arm front surface

The presser lifting lever is arranged on the arm front surface. This makes the lever easier to operate.

Touchback switch

Light touch for quick response. Enables needle raising and correction stitches.

Powerful and highperformanceLimiservo X G Series

Our unique control technology realizes strong penetration from the first stitch. We have also realized reductions in size and weight, and have significantly improved durability. ●Equipped with simple sequence function ●Reverse-rotation needle-up function facilitates setting up and taking out sewing materials.

Control panel XC-G500（Option）

By attaching the operation panel to the sewing machine, the operator can perform　operations without crouching. Operability has been greatly improved compared to　conventional functions, and storage volume of setting data has been doubled.

Variable speed pedal XC-CVS-3（Option）

Variable speed operation is possible for standing work. It is especially　effective such as when sewing corner curves. ●Variable speed operation is possible according to how much the pedal is depressed. ●The pedal can be easily secured on the table leg side rail. ●External signal operation is possible by using the foot switch for thread trimming and　presser foot operation.

Automatic foot lifter (Pneumatic） LE-FA（Option）

By adopting the pneumatic type, a presser lifting operation that was conventionally　performed with the operator’s knee can be performed with the pedal. This eliminates the　need for the operator to raise a knee during sitting work, reducing the burden on the operator. This device must always be attached during stand-up work.
