Product features
Used for rib cuff and rib bottom of pants. Highly automatic, stable production can be achieved with simple settings.
Fully automatic for bulk operation. With cutting pieces loading on the material placement area (210mm stacking height), and the machine will automatically complete the process of feeding, sewing, and collecting pieces.
Open seam, to make sure the excellent appearance and steady quality.
Identify the size of cutting pieces with sensors, to realize size and pattern auto changeover.
The output can reach 85~95 pairs per hour.
