Automatic sewing for joining rib collars. Fully automatic designed, simple setting to achieve stable production.
Rib collar folding and sewingwith single lockstitch stitches
Fully automatic operation. Putting cutting pieces on the placement area (130mm stacking height), and the machine will automatically complete the process of feeding, sewing, and collecting pieces.
Open seam, to make sure the excellent appearance and steady quality.
Simple adjustments on the pressing plate and cover plate to realize quick changeover, which takes only 5 minutes.
The output can reach 200~210 pieces per hour.
