UT-A50

Air-operated Under Thread Trimmer with Wiper and Waste Collection

UT-A50 is an air-operated under thread trimmer for VC2840P, VC2845P and VC3845P multi-needle cylinder bed double chain stitch machines. UT-A50 automatically cuts needle thread and looper thread under the fabric.

After cut the threads, the wiper pulls up the needle thread over the pressor foot.

UT-A60

Air-operated Under Thread Trimmer with Wiper and Waste Collection with Air-operated Rear and Lower Roller Tension Controller (Movable) <UT-A50 + AR-10>

UT-A60 is the combined device of UT-A50 air-operated under thread trimmer with AR10 air-operated rear and lower roller tension controller, for VC2840P, VC2845P and VC3845P multi-needle cylinder bed double chain stitch machines.

AR10 is a movable air-operated rear and lower roller tension controller, for uniform finish of elastic inserting operations. AR10 is the combined device of AR11 air-operated rear roller tension controller with AR12 air-operated lower roller tension controller.

After the pressor foot is lifted, the tension roller moves away for easy setting of elastics and fabrics.
