UT-A50T is the air-operated under thread trimmer with short cut thread trimming function for VC2840P, VC2845P and VC3845P multi-needle cylinder bed double chain stitch machines. The epoch thread trimming system performs virtually no thread tail finish.

UT-A50 is an air-operated under thread trimmer for VC2840P, VC2845P and VC3845P multi-needle cylinder bed double chain stitch machines. UT-A50 automatically cuts needle thread and looper thread under the fabric.
After cut the threads, the wiper pulls up the needle thread over the pressor foot.
Short cut thread trimming function
The epoch-making thread trimming system performs virtually no thread tail finish. Only 2 to 3 mm thread tail remains after trimming in contrast with approx. 30 mm remaining thread tail with conventional thread trimmers. It may eliminate manual thread trimming operations to improve productivity.
