The operation
JUKI's AMS-210EN-2210, adapted by Camatron to sew pocket flaps. The piece is held in the clamp and the machine sews it by pattern, so every flap in the batch comes out the same.
Who adapts it: Camatron
Camatron, of Englewood, New Jersey (USA), is the preferred converter for JUKI, Brother and Singer when converting computer-controlled and electronic sewing machines, for apparel and industrial sewing.
It designs and builds the clamps, gauges and fixtures — with pneumatics where the operation calls for it — that adapt a machine to a specific operation, and runs its own research, design and development departments for better methods of sewing, handling fabric blanks and feeding work to the machine, both automatically and semi-automatically.
