The operation
JUKI's AMS-210EN-1510 pattern stitching machine, adapted by Camatron to sew with heavy 5-cord thread. Because it sews by pattern, it repeats the same seam on every piece, and Camatron's adaptation sets it up for this operation.
Who adapts it: Camatron
Camatron, of Englewood, New Jersey (USA), is the preferred converter for JUKI, Brother and Singer when converting computer-controlled and electronic sewing machines, for apparel and industrial sewing.
It designs and builds the clamps, gauges and fixtures — with pneumatics where the operation calls for it — that adapt a machine to a specific operation, and runs its own research, design and development departments for better methods of sewing, handling fabric blanks and feeding work to the machine, both automatically and semi-automatically.
