The powerful post bed machines from the M-TYPE series set new standards in functionality and flexibility. The robust construction in connection with the impressing performance parameters and the excellent equipment features of the CLASSIC variants make these machines an ideal operating means for demanding sewing operations in the field of medium-heavy duty sewing. This facilitates the processing of extreme thread and fabric thicknesses as well as a multitude of most different material.

Standard needle adaptor for three different needle systems
The subclasses of the H868 are equipped with a standard needle adaptor for three different needle systems
The standard needle adapter gurantuees an easy use of three different needle systems. A mechanical adaptation of the needle bar height is not necessary. The following needle systems can be used in conjunction with the needke adaptor of the H868: needle systems 328 (top), 7x23 (in the middle), 794 (bottom).
Sewing drive with DAC classic control incl. Operating panel OP1000
The large clearance (335 mm wide and 332 mm high) facilitates the handling of large area workpieces
Powerful and effective feeding system with bottom feed, needle feed and alternating top feed
Up to 12 mm long stitches for standard seams and decorative topstitching
The extremely high sewing foot lift up to 25 mm facilitates the feeding and removing of bulky workpiece
The sewing foot stroke up to 9 mm allows the safe climbing over differently high material plies
New hook technology with 3XL bobbin (40 mm bobbin diameter) for thread sizes up to Nm 8/3 max. or braided thread with a thickness of 1,2 mm
Max. sewing speed up to 1,800 stitches/min
