The 5625 series is specially designed to meet the requirements of mattress production and impresses with its powerful bottom feed and alternating top and needle feed as well as precise INLINE hook system for perfect stitches, even with thick, multi-layer materials. Low-maintenance roller bearings, reliable fresh-oil lubrication system, and tool-free front cover access ensure a smooth operation process. The special cylinder-arm in a shortened form is ideal for use on mattress production lines. For binding work, the machine can be equipped with a binder by the customer. Whether Eco or Eco+, the 5625 series combines state-of-the-art sewing technology with maximum process reliability for fast, reliable production processes.
