The M-TYPE flatbed machines with electro-pneumatic full equipment and triple feed are equipped with all M-TYPE-typical performance features and advantages.
In addition to the automatic basic functions such as thread trimmer, automatic backtacking and automatic sewing foot lift, the subclasses of the 867-M CLASSIC Goldline convince with further additional functions for higher productivity and increased sewing comfort.
The additional integrated second thread tension, integrated second stitch length and quick stroke adjustment allow to produce with the highest quality in a particularly flexible and efficient way even for changing and difficult sewing applications. Furthermore, the full equipment of the M-TYPE is complemented by additional comfort functions: The optimum illumination of the sewing area and the maintenance indicator ensure the best possible design of the sewing workstation.
The powerful and effective feeding system with bottom feed, needle feed and alternating top feet guarantees a trouble-free and displacement-free material feed when processing most different fabric thicknesses and structures. The highly efficient sewing parameters combined with a great variety of equipment make the 867-M CLASSIC Goldline an ideal operating means for the universal use in the field of medium-heavy duty applications.

Short thread trimmer – Significant time saving in the production process
Available with short thread trimmer (KFA) for extremely short remaining thread lengths at the seam end (5mm) or thread trimmer (15 mm)
The short thread trimmer together with the thread nipper device and the optional and retrofittable device “Neat Seam Beginning” (NSB) ensure minimum remaining thread lengths on the upper and the bottom side of the material (approx.. 5mm) – a timeconsuming recutting of the sewing threads is not necessary.
In addition to significant time savings in the production process, the subclasses of the M-TYPE 867-M KFA program level enable high process reliability. Lockable control elements prevent unwanted adjustment of the sewing parameters and ensure qualitative reproducibility. The 5 subclasses of the program level M-TYPE 867-M CLASSIC KFA are especially designed for the requirements of the automotive industrie and offer maximum productivity and efficiency for the production of car seats.
From functional seams to decorative topstitching
Available as 1- and 2-needle version. The 2-needle version is also available with disconnectable needle bars for sewing corners
The modular principle of the M-YTPE allows universal use in the medium-heavy application range. The selection of a single needle or twin-needle lockstitch machine also has an influence on the seam appearance. From simple assembly seams, through hard-wearing functional seams, to twin needle decorative topstitching are conceivable. The range of applications is versatile and includes upholstered furniture, car upholstery, leather goods as well as technical textiles. Depending on the subclass, a needle distance of up to 50mm is possible.
The special M-TYPE subclasses with disconnectable needle bars are ideal operating means for twin-needle decorative stitching applications. Apart from high-quality twin-needle topstitching seams also optically attractive decorative stitch corners can be realized owing to the disconnectable needle bars. The ergonomically arranged keypad allows easy activating and deactivating of the respective needle bar during the sewing process.
Available as long arm machines. The extended clearance facilitates the handling of large-area workpieces and access to difficult-to-reach sewing areas
LG Version: The special machine with differentiable binding device for low-tension binding operations for applications with inner and outer radii
VF Version: The special machine for simultaneous sewing and trimming of fabric edges (standard cutting distances: 3; 5; 8 mm)
AE Version: The specialist for simultaneous sewing, trimming and binding of fabric edges (standard cutting distances: 8,7; 11,5; 13,5 mm)
