The Consew P1710RB is a heavy-duty, single-needle walking foot postbed lockstitch machine engineered for the automotive, marine, leather, and upholstery industries. This high-performance model features a large workspace and a high-capacity, top-loading Style U bobbin to ensure efficient, long-running sewing cycles. To handle complex tasks, it is equipped with an adjustable climbing device for varying fabric thicknesses, a safety clutch for machine protection, and a fully-automatic lubrication system for reduced maintenance.
The machine operates at speeds up to 2,500 SPM , offering a maximum stitch length of 9mm and a high 16mm presser foot lift via knee control. Specialized configurations are also available, including automated versions with direct drive motors and pneumatic functions for increased production efficiency.
