Mature folding technology - distortion-free seams
The way to successful smooth seams is via class 2111. Due to the sophisticated folding technology of the sewing unit, your pocket facings are folded and sewn on without distortion. The simple handling allows any operator, even unskilled ones, to achieve productive output in a very short time.

Automatic seam end control
Automatic seam end control either by seam length measurement or reflecting light barrier
via reflex light barrier or distance measurement. These allow flexible and automatic adjustment to the pocket bag size and thus the length of the seam.

Label feeder

The sewing unit can be equipped with an automatic label feeder and with an additional marking lamp (option).

Four various topstitch widths available with quick adjustment.
Quick adjustment: In order to react quickly to different material thicknesses or topstitching margins, the sewing unit is equipped with a quick adjustment for four different stitching widths. Topstitching widths from 1.6 to 8.0 mm can be realized.

Folding station for facings up to 350 mm long (400 mm as optional equipment)

Small part stacker with automatic lowering function
The 2111-7 is equipped as standard with a small parts stacker for stacking pocket bags.
