Maximum operator comfort combined with great flexibility
The 1265 has always been popular thanks to its user-friendly operation. Even the most difficult fabric qualities can be overlocked on the machine without any problems.
Serging of trousers parts in practice is fraught with problems - far too often the cut edges are trimmed unintentionally. This results in unacceptable dimensional deviations for the garment. The ideal solution is provided by the single head serging unit class 1265. It is the best solution for achieving the highest quality standards and profitable productivity. The programmable fullness control for a uniform fullness distribution in the upper or lower fabric layer works constantly and reliably.

Processing of knee lining made easy
Kneelining can be processed in two different methods
Single-head serging unit for processing front trousers with knee lining. The required fullness in the knee lining is automatically worked in alternately from above and below. A gluing station is not required with this processing method.
If it is desired that the stitch pattern is on the right side of the fabric, a knee lining bonding station is required. In this case, the lining is always at the bottom during processing. The seam starts once from the hip to the hem and the second time from the hem to the hip. The puller feed automatically controls the hip curve.
Differentiable top and bottom feed (Stepper motor controlled)
Differentiable top and bottom feed – enables different fullness values within a seam and is therefore particularly suitable for processing kneelinings and stretch materials. The optional use of stepper motors makes it easy to adjust settings via the control panel.
The optional, stepper motor-controlled fullness distribution (12808 590214) enables flexible processing of different materials at the touch of a button. Mechanical adjustment is possible as standard.
Precision material guidance ensures dimensional accuracy
Since the material is guided with precision, absolutely no material is trimmed. This means that the machine achieves absolute dimensional accuracy for the cut parts and their size ratios are maintained.
High-quality ‘DAC compact’ control technology
DAC Compact - Control technology
Dürkopp Adler's proprietary control technology with machine ID enables machine parameters to be stored securely. If the control system is replaced, the parameters remain stored on the ID, allowing the new control system to be put into operation more quickly.
