The Consew P1146RB-1A-7DD is a single-needle zig-zag lockstitch machine designed for precision and efficiency. It features a drop feed with upper feed system for consistent material handling across a range of applications.

Powered by a direct drive built-in servo motor connected to the top shaft, it provides smooth, quiet operation with variable speed control. The machine includes full automatic functions such as needle positioning (stop-up/stop-down), electric auto foot lift, auto reverse, thread trimming, and stitch counting to enhance productivity and ease of use.

Important: This machine operates on 220V power . Optional 110V transformers are available for customers who require compatibility with standard 110V outlets.

A large front-load M-style bobbin allows for longer sewing time with fewer interruptions, making it a reliable choice for consistent zig-zag stitching with modern automation features.

Applications

• Used for a wide range of products and operations such as edge sewing, patch sewing, attaching and abutting work, applique work and binding on such materials as leather, vinyl, canvas, cloth, lace and similar materials - Federal stitch 304
